  • WEEK 3:
    30 minute heart pumping, calorie scorching, body toning and firming Boot Camp style workout, no weights.
    30 minute seminar/discussion “A healthy approach to life.”
  • WEEK 4:
    30 minute Yoga based strength and flexibility workout.
    30 minute seminar/discussion “Creating a nourishing evening ritual.”

As a fitness and wellness coach, I truly believe the purpose of life is to enjoy all aspects of our life. But it’s tough to enjoy life if we are not well PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY, and have continuous feelings of STRESS, WORRY AND ANXIETY.

Inner ease and peace on the inside gives us the strength, courage, energy and focus to deal with things on the outside! Learn how simple it is to implement a meditation practice into your daily life!


 

WEEK 2:

  • 30 minute Pilates based core workout.
  • 30 minute seminar/discussion “Clean Eating 101.”

The food we eat affects our energy level, our mood, and the health of our physical body. Let’s chat about clean eating and learn some simple basic fundamentals to nourish your body and mind with clean whole food.


 

WEEK 3:

  • 30 minute seminar/discussion “A healthy approach to life.”
