As a fitness and wellness coach, I truly believe the purpose of life is to enjoy all aspects of our life.   • 30 minute heart pumping, calorie scorching, body toning and firming Boot Camp style workout with weights.
  • 30 minute seminar/discussion “The power of a meditation practice.”

Inner ease and peace on the inside gives us the strength, courage, energy and focus to deal with things on the outside! Learn how simple it is to implement a meditation practice into your daily life!


 

WEEK 2:

  • 30 minute Pilates based core workout.
  • 30 minute seminar/discussion “Clean Eating 101.”

The food we eat affects our energy level, our mood, and the health of our physical body. Let’s chat about clean eating and learn some simple basic fundamentals to nourish your body and mind with clean whole food.


 

WEEK 3:

  • 30 minute heart pumping, calorie scorching, body toning and firming Boot Camp style workout, no weights.
  • 30 minute seminar/discussion “A healthy approach to life.”

Our approach to life affects not only our own health, success and happiness, but it affects everyone around us. Learn 3 powerful practices for a healthy and empowered approach to life.

  • 30 minute Yoga based strength and flexibility workout.
  • 30 minute seminar/discussion “Creating a nourishing evening ritual.”

She is an ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Licensed Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Pain-Free Movement Specialist, and Certified Adventure Bootcamp Owner/Instructor.
