Sit Less! Move More!
Just 10-15 min per day releases stress and tension from our body, releases toxins through sweat, and releases feel good endorphins. As Hippocrates said, “that which is used develops, and that which is not used wastes away.” Our bodies are meant to move. If you choose not to, and you accept excuses from yourself, the consequence of that choice is easy to see. Your body will get sick, and you will experience muscle and joint pain. No exercise leads to break down of the body. Muscles, bones and joints atrophy and weaken. Toxins build up and the heart, lungs and organs start to deteriorate. The consequence? Illness, disease and pain. You just won’t feel well. We need to just do it, and just do it daily, preferably in the morning! Start your day empowered with a meditation practice, a workout, a dose of motivation, and a healthy energizing green drink! How you start your day is how you live your day! The workouts we have provided can be mixed and matched to create variety and a different challenge to the body.
