Stress needs healing.

Stress plays a major role in health related issues: headaches, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression and anxiety, diabetes, digestive issues, muscular aches and pains, sleep issues.

How do we heal? By detoxing stress from our body, mind, and soul!

Whether we realize it or not, stress is a poisonous “substance” which wreaks havoc on our physical bodies, our emotional state, our mental capacities, and our spiritual strength. If ignored, stress can rob us our health and well-being, our relationships, and our joy.

When we begin to focus on specific WELLNESS DISCIPLINES, in the midst of our stress, a true detox begins. A detox that rids our body, mind, heart, and soul of the poison of stress each day leaving us with positive energy, focus, strength, and peace.

This workshop is all about release and nourishment, the two keys to detoxing and healing.



WEEK 1: 30 Minute HEALING MOVEMENT (Pilates/Yoga based class). 30 Minute Seminar/Discussion “PRACTICAL MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION.” Have you been thinking about starting a mindfulness/meditation practice, but don’t know how to begin? Learn 3 simple exercises for inner ease, peace, and present moment awareness.

WEEK 2: 30 Minute HEALING MOVEMENT exercise. 30 Minute Seminar/Discussion “HEALING NOURISHMENT – ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EATING”. Learn the 3 keys to nourish your mind, body, and soul with food.

WEEK 3: 30 Minute HEALING MOVEMENT exercise. 30 Minute Seminar/Discussion “3 Ways to Create a nourishing EVENING RITUAL for quality sleep”.
