My name is Laura Boniello, Fitness and Wellness expert, author of Choose Well to Live Well and creator of “Empower Yourself” online wellness course where we help overstressed, overwhelmed people live fit, healthy and strong in mind and body, so they can experience and enjoy life healthy and empowered. I have been blessed to be in the wellness and fitness industry for more than 25 years now, and I absolutely LOVE to help people live healthy and empowered!

Right now, we live in a society that is overstressed and undernourished and it’s making us sick and exhausted physically, worried and anxious mentally.
