Stay Active To Stay Motivtated
Be miserable or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s always your choice. ~Wayne Dyer
Today, I want to encourage you to stay active in order to keep yourself motivated. Passivity is a “wait and see” attitude that keeps us feeling helpless, powerless, and stuck.
Stay active by choosing to live on purpose one day at a time. Take responsibility for making positive choices in action and attitude, and let results unfold.
Stay active by choosing to watch what you say and how you say it. Refuse to blame, complain, compare and fault find. This is so toxic to not only our life, but to everyone around us. Use your words to bless your life.
Stay active by looking for the good. I once heard it said one of the best stress relievers is to find the “bless in the mess.” I love that. We all have things we are working on or working through. And it can get a bit messy. There are blessings in all situations. Keep focused on the good, find the opportunity.
Stay active by choosing how you will show up in your day, and not allow circumstances, people and situations to dictate your attitude. Stay calm, steady and stable. How? Meditate on thoughts that empower and strengthen you.
So, will you choose to be active in your life or passive? We always have a choice. Each day we start again. What we do today is what matters most. It is never too late to move forward in a healthy and positive direction. Just choose to stay active!
So, remember, we have only one day at a time to live, so let’s live this day consciously and deliberately and choose well!
