It takes a strong will to live a positive healthy life.

You decide when you wake up each morning whether you will be in a good mood, or a bad mood. You decide the kind of thoughts you will contemplate and meditate on.

You decide whether you will release stress and tension by exercising, you decide whether you will eat clean and nourishing for the day or not.

You decide whether you will allow negative people and circumstances to steal your peace and joy or will you own your power to stay peaceful, calm, and strong and just do the best you can, where you are, with what life handed you.

How do we keep ourselves moving forward in a positive direction?

  1. Let go. Rid yourself of things, emotions, habits that weigh you down, and suck the energy right out of you. When you let go of attitudes, beliefs, and things that are not helping you create the life you want, you make room for the new, and the healthy.
  1. Don’t dwell on past hurts, frustrations, and circumstances. Stop talking, thinking about, and replaying over and over again in your mind the negative.  Switch gears and focus your thoughts and attention on something that makes you smile, and lightens you up.
  1. Make sure you decide each morning you will have a good attitude no matter what. It takes a strong will to rise above the little things.  To develop an unshakeable strong will meditate on thoughts that strengthen and empower you!
  1. Don’t let anything or anyone steal your peace and calmness. When you lose your peace and calmness you lose your strength.

So remember, we have only one day at a time to live, so live it today consciously and deliberately and choose well!
