It’s Never Too Late
I truly believe it’s never too late to move forward in a positive healthy direction, no matter what you may be experiencing and going through!
Happy New Year! It’s a fresh start! A new beginning!
None of us can change what we did or did not do in the past year, BUT we can PRESS FORWARD one day at a time and make positive healthy changes in our life NOW.
It all starts with a choice.
As a Fitness and Wellness coach, I truly believe the purpose of life is to enjoy and love all aspects of life. And it’s tough to enjoy life if you are not well physically and emotionally and have continuous feelings of stress, worry and anxiety.
So many of us are overwhelmed with fear and worry and undernourished in faith and trust.
We have more medicine and prescriptions and experience less health and wellness.
We sit too much, move too little; allowing tension and pressure to build up in our body.
We stay up late, get up tired, drink too much coffee and not enough water.
We eat too much toxic food and not enough clean nourishing food.
We are worried about what other people think; constantly seeking approval, competing and comparing thus destroying our confidence and self-esteem.
We have so many distractions and busyness but not enough silence, stillness and peace.
We have so many commitments overloading our schedule that we lose our rhythm and balance.
All of this excessive STRESS, TENSION AND PRESSURE and not enough RELEASE AND NOURISHMENT causes a TOXIC CYCLE. This is when we allow ourselves to get into unhealthy patterns, or seriously out of balance, causing toxins to build up in our body which makes us susceptible to illness, disease and pain.
