I truly believe that the secret to success and happiness in all aspects of your life is to focus your attention on your blessings, on what is going right for you, and refuse to take your goodness for granted. Research has proven that gratitude is a very powerful energy for creating healthy positive changes in our life. When you deliberately practice gratitude, it puts you in a state of love, peace, joy and contentment. There is no room for negativity, no room for complaining, blaming, comparing or judging because you will be too busy feeling good about loving and appreciating the good in your life.

  • Strengthens our relationships.
  • Strengthens our ability to go with the flow.
  • Brings feelings of contentment peace and calmness.

So, I want to encourage you to start each day in gratitude and appreciation. This sets a healthy, uplifting, empowering tone for the day. You cannot be in a state of negativity and gratitude at the same time; you get to choose.

  1. Let’s deliberately count our blessings each day.
  2. Let’s meditate on all the goodness in our life
  3. Let’s express our gratitude out loud directly to the people we love in our life.

Life is short and precious, so let’s be grateful especially through and trials and challenges; this will keep us healthy, happy and full of peace.

We have only today to live, enjoy, experience, and love. So let’s live this day consciously and deliberately and let’s live grateful on purpose.
