Will you be stressed, rushed, and worried?   Or will you be fully present, calm steady and stable?

It’s so easy to get swept up in the doing and busyness of the day, but with some presence you can break this cycle.

  1. Decide what kind of energy and attitude you will own for the day. Set the tone for the day. Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote is so appropriate. No one can make you feel angry, frustrated, or upset without your permission. So, what attitude will you have? Will it be kindness? Patience? Peace? Joy? Calmness? Love? Gratitude? Acceptance? Meditate on one quality of life attitude and move into your day keeping this feeling in the forefront of your awareness.
  1. Stay committed to your exercise routine. Even if it’s 15-20 min do something every day to keep your body healthy, your mind clear and focused.
  1. Be determined to eat clean to keep your immune system healthy. Eat foods rich in antioxidants lots of fruits and veggies. Get enough Omega 3’s. Oily fish, ground flaxseed, chia seeds and walnuts are rich sources. Fresh ginger in your tea or green smoothie is an excellent way to take advantage of the anti-inflammatory properties of this superfood.

So, remember, we have only one day at a time to live, so live it today, consciously and deliberately and choose well!
